When will my order arrive?

Orders take 1 to 3 business days to prepare and 7 to 8 business days in transit, so most arrive within 8 to 11 business days. Our cut-off is 5:00 PM GMT, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free within the United Kingdom, with no minimum, and for now we deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all protected with SSL encryption.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are available on request. Email Info@arianna-boutique.com with your order number and let us know what you would like instead.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email Info@arianna-boutique.com to start, and there are never any restocking fees.

When will I see my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

My tracking has not updated, should I worry?

Tracking can pause for a day or two, which is usually nothing to worry about. If more than 10 business days have passed with no delivery, email Info@arianna-boutique.com and we will look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Often yes, if it has not shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best.

Are my details safe when I order?

Yes. Your privacy and payment security come first, we never store sensitive details, and our checkout is fully encrypted.
